While chatting sometimes with non cycling people, I often hear the person I am talking to trying to justify from the fact of never going on a bicycle through excuses such as "I am not the sporty type!", or "you are young!"... Makes me smile; I know some persons in the seventies and octogenarians rides of one hundred kilometers during the day don't frighten off, even in mountain! They just go at their own rhythm. Moreover, I am convinced one of the reasons of their good health comes precisely from their bicycle practice! Let's go farther; as one gets older, bicycle is certainly the best way to get some exercise every day, at the same time as going from one place to another.

Et pourquoi pas en Vélib? / Why not with a Velib?
Voir et être vu / Seeing and being seen:
I am happy to think that when I'm old I'll still be riding my bike - hopefully always the same bike.
