Des pistes cyclables sur les Champs-Elysées? / Bicycle Paths on the "Champs-Elysees"?

Mille pardons pour un long silence, dû à la pratique intensive de la randonnée cyclotouriste, à quelques vacances, au travail, mais aussi à ma paresse naturelle... Je profite d'un article du journal "Le Parisien", selon laquelle la Mairie de Paris, dans le cadre d'une nouvelle loi sur la décentralisation, pourrait avoir entièrement la main en matière de circulation, d'aménagements urbains, de limitations de vitesses, etc... Ce n'était pas le cas jusqu'à présent; le maire devait obtenir l'aval du préfet (de police) de Paris. Ce peut sembler n'être qu'un détail, mais ce détail peut considérablement changer le visage des rues parisiennes, le préfet n'étant pas toujours d'accord avec le maire... Ce peut être aussi une excellente nouvelle pour les cyclistes parisiens, la volonté du maire de Paris étant de donner la priorité aux circulations douces, d'abaisser le niveau de pollution, de rendre les rues plus sûres. Please, forgive me for a long silence, due to the intensive practice of cycle-touring rides and some holidays, to the work, but also to my natural laziness... I take advantage of an article from the newspaper "Le Parisien", according to which the City Hall of Paris, within the framework of a new law on the administration decentralization, could have completely the hand regarding traffic, regarding urban planning, regarding speed limits, and so on.... It was not the case until now; the mayor had to obtain the approval of the prefect (of police) from Paris. It can seem to be only a detail, but this detail can considerably change the face of Parisian streets, the prefect still not agreeing with the mayor... It can be also an excellent thing for the Parisian cyclists, the will of the mayor of Paris being to give the priority to the soft circulations, to lower the level of pollution, to return safer streets.
