Prendre sa place sur la chaussée... / Trying to find your own place...

Pas toujours facile au beau milieu de la circulation motorisée! Notamment lorsqu'avec l'hiver et le froid qui s'annoncent, de nombreux cyclistes ne se risquent plus à pédaler dans les rues parisiennes. Quelques exemples (courageux et, je l'espère, donnant envie...) suivent. Une circulation importante ne doit pas effrayer; le cycliste est un usager normal de la voie publique, qui doit être traité avec respect et y a parfaitement sa place! Ne l'oubliez jamais, et n'ayez pas peur de le rappeler aux autres usagers (piétons, automobilistes, etc...).

Not always very easy while cycling inside motorized traffic! Especially in those days announcing winter and coldness, when many cyclists stop pedaling in Parisian streets. Examples (courageous and,I hope, inspiring...) just follow. High level of traffic is not a reason to be afraid; the cyclist is a normal user that must be treated with respect and has his own place inside traffic! Never forget that, and do not fear to remind it to other users (pedestrians, car drivers and so on...).
